Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy is for 30 days after purchase and before viewing.

We want you to be so satisfied with your course that you tell a few friends. That might not happen. It would be really bad for all of us if you were so dissatisfied with your training that you wanted your money back.

It has happens at expanding security exactly once in 20 years.

Suggestion: Buy one small course before you make a big purchase.

These are digital goods as such once you view them you have consumed them.

If you question the quality of the training please watch several of the free versions on youtube.com to verify the quality of the training. Refunds for quality reasons will not be acceptable.

As long as you have not logged into the learning management system and viewed the content you may have a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Exchanges

We will allow a credit toward a future purchase of the same type of good at the same price. Your credit may be transferred to another person once.
